Logotypes (Logos) are diar to your company's image. It is the imagery or symbol people will identify your business with. This is the first thing people will recognize and hopefully remember about your business.
These are just a few examples of logos that I created for various companies. I use Adobe Illustrator to create the symbol or illustration agreed on. This is hands down the best way to get your logo done. It should ALWAYS be a vector image. Well, you know the way things are going so digital I am not sure how long that will remain accurate!
As for now, this is pretty much industry standard. This is really good for you in the long run. When you are ready to translate your new logo to other mediums you will be glad you did this.
